From Inverness via the A9:

Head south towards Perth. Approximately 7 miles south of Inverness take the B851 Fort Augustus turn to your right. Travel 3 miles down this road until you reach Inverarnie. You will see a sign pointing to the right for Inverness B861 - at that sign turn left and follow the track round to the right. Go all the way up (1/2 a mile), over the cattle grid and through the field - we're the white house ahead. On arrival go to the right of the building and we're in the conservatory.

From Hilton, Culduthel, Slackbuie:

Take the B861 from the distributor road to Inverarnie. When you reach the crossroads and have the village store on your left, go straight over and follow the track around to the right. Go all the way up (1/2 a mile), over the cattle grid and through the field - we're the white house ahead. On arrival go to the right of the building and we're in the conservatory.
